Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories and packaging. DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.

SHIPPING:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout. All in-stock orders are shipped within 72 hours. Next day and two day service is available for all orders within the continental United States. Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS Ground Continental US. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OVER $75.00 (this applies only to Continental US customers). Orders shipped are usually in transit 2-6 days depending on destination, excluding weekends and holidays.
